Use of service

ClinicaSys provides clinic management, booking, portal, and related operational tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful clinic, administrative, and patient communication purposes.

Clinic and patient data

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the system and for obtaining any consent required by applicable law. Patient-facing features should be used according to the clinic's policies and privacy obligations.

Accounts and security

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and notifying the clinic or ClinicaSys support if unauthorized access is suspected.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary because of maintenance, network issues, third-party services, or other events outside our control.
